Liverpool won the first of their six European cups in which season?

The Englishman was the Reds assistant coach from May 2008 to June 2011 alongside previous Liverpool managers such as Rafael Benitez, Roy Hodgson and Sir Kenny Dalglish (per Transfermarkt).
