Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react to the latest post from defender Virgil van Dijk.
This comes after the Dutchman shared a post on his official Twitter page that included two images of himself and fellow centre-half Joe Gomez in a training session in preparation for Saturday’s Anfield clash against AFC Bournemouth.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have lost three out of their last four matches in all competitions (per WhoScored), suffering their first Premier League defeat of the season against Watford last weekend. Now that Van Dijk has tweeted his excitement for the Reds’ upcoming Premier League clash against Bournemouth, this has given lots of Liverpool fans the opportunity to get behind Van Dijk and drum up some positivity before the match.

What do we think?
After losing their previous match in the league, Van Dijk and everyone else at the club will be hoping to get back to winning ways with a victory against Bournemouth. The replies from the Dutchman’s post certainly shows that the Liverpool fans are up for it.
