This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page announcing that their upcoming charity match has been postponed due to the recent viral outbreak.
The match between the Liverpool Legends and FC Barcelona Legends was due to take place at Anfield towards the end of March but has since been postponed as the Barcelona team are unable to travel to the UK due to the virus.

This match isn’t the only football match that has been postponed recently because of the virus, with the Premier League announcing that all fixtures in England are suspended until early April. When the news of this charity match being postponed was announced on Twitter, this news disappointed a lot of Liverpool fans who were looking forward to the game.
