The Athletic’s Liverpool reporter James Pearce recently appeared on the Anfield Wrap podcast, however, he was interrupted midway through the conversation when he was struck by a flying object which turned out to be a nerf gun bullet.
Due to the decisions recently taken by the British government to implement a number of safety measures in order to try and slow the spread of the viral outbreak, many are working remotely with children forced to homeschool.

James Pearce has been hailed as both a ‘mentality monster’ and a ‘consummate professional’ by these supporters after continuing completely unfazed until the host Neil Atkinson highlighted what had taken place.
Liverpool currently sit top of the Premier League by 25 points and were hoping to wrap up the title within a number of weeks prior to the competition being suspended. Jurgen Klopp’s side are the reigning European Champions after beating Tottenham Hotspur in last season’s final but when the league resumes, they will be hoping to end a 30-year wait for the ultimate domestic prize.
