Despite a frustrating defeat at Watford on Saturday evening, Liverpool will almost certainly go on to make history this season by winning their first-ever Premier League trophy. They were extremely unfortunate to miss out on the title last year but they did go on to win the Champions League, capping off an excellent campaign.
The list of stars at the club seems endless and in a recent Twitter post, with data sourced from spotrac.com, the group’s current wages have been detailed. It’s fair to say that some of these supporters have been surprised to discover what some players are currently earning.
Are Mane and Alisson worthy of a pay-rise?

I’d be redirecting Lovren’s £100,000 straight to Mane at seasons end without delay!

What do we think?
Sadio Mane and Alisson are key members of Jurgen Klopp’s side and have played huge roles in the club’s recent successes. That’s evidenced by the fact the Senegalese forward has scored 76 goals and provided 33 assists in 158 appearances whilst Alisson has kept 41 clean sheets in 79 appearances.
Although we cannot be certain of the accuracy of their reported wage figures, if the pair are so far down the pay scale, we suspect that will be rectified by the club sooner rather than later if their personal stats are anything to go by.
