Yeah player with potential but not sure he’s worth £30mill. Plus Norwich won’t get that for him if they get relegated.

Not that I’m a big fan but if £30m is too expensive then we must not rate him very highly

The 22-year-old, who is currently valued at £13.5 million according to Transfermarkt, has scored six goals and provided two assists in 30 appearances for Norwich in all competitions so far this season, resulting in Cantwell being awarded a season rating of 6.73 (per WhoScored). Now that news has emerged that Cantwell is no longer a transfer target for Liverpool, this has opened the door for many Reds fans to share their thoughts on the player and a possible move to Anfield.

No disrespect he’s a good player, but we could get better I think

The problem is we won’t spend a lot on a guy who is well gonna be a rotational player. This is the big problem. Think tank needs to review it’s policy on transfers of players on the bench.

Music to my ears

What do we think?
It appears that not too many Liverpool fans are that concerned over this latest news about Cantwell. Perhaps they see Norwich’s reported valuation of £30 million for him as a gamble on a player that has not shown he is worth that much money yet.
