Supporters of Everton have been reacting to a transfer report which has linked the Toffees with a move for Ciro Immobile.
According to 90min, Carlo Ancelotti is determined to bring the Italian forward to Goodison Park from Lazio (via @TheGwladysStreet), which some fans were unsure about.
Carlo Ancelotti is determined to bring Lazio’s Ciro Immobile to Everton. The striker has been in incredible form this season scoring 30 goals in 33 games. Immobile is happy in Italy but Ancelotti’s presence at Everton could convince the forward to join. (Source: 90min)#EFC pic.twitter.com/sR0HFJ4BUx

Do you believe there would be any hope of Carlo Ancelotti bringing Ciro Immobile to Goodison Park?Yes, anything is possibleNo, it's a ridiculous rumour |
So far this season, the 30-year-old forward has been Lazio’s best-performing player in Serie A, with a whopping 7.7/10 average rating (as per WhoScored).
To earn the rating, the Italian striker has bagged a stellar 27 goals and seven assists in 26 league appearances (per WhoScored), meaning some fans had little belief in the rumour.
Can 90min just give up already? They are so unreliable.

I mean I am laughing at this report, but wow would that be a huge coup! We’d be easily priced out of a move for him I’d say..

Literally fed up with all these transfer rumours. No one moving anywhere anytime soon.

What do we think?
Following the conclusion of this term, Immobile will have three seasons remaining on his contract in Serie A and has a market value of £45 million (per Transfermarkt), so, would likely set the Toffees back a hefty fee.
As can be judged from the majority of responses from Everton fans, there is little belief that there will be any movement on this front from the Goodison Park club.
