As much as I wanted it to work for him… simply not good enough! Wouldn’t get in any other premier league team… if he wasn’t a local lad he’d of been fired off long ago!

If he was anything but Scouse, he’d of been sold a long time ago!

Over the duration of this season, the Englishman, who is valued at £16.2 million (as per Transfermarkt), has been the ninth-worst performer in Everton’s squad in the league with an average rating of 6.44/10 (per WhoScored).
So, with supporters discussing the 21-year-old, many felt that his time at Goodison Park should be coming to an end in an upcoming transfer window.
Just think he will end up like dowell. Not got the legs and pace for the prem

Afraid he will find his level at League 1 or 2. He’s not even a championship player. Midfield these days is power and pace and he has neither. Hard to admit as seems a top bloke

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses of many Everton supporters, they feel like Davies’ time in Merseyside should be coming to an end permanently sometime soon.
With just six goals and six assists across 112 games for Everton during his career (per Transfermarkt), though, perhaps that reaction is one to be expected.
