Carlo Ancelotti may not have had much opportunity to assess his current squad ahead of the summer transfer window, though if we’re to believe this report, the 29-year-old is said to be on the wish lists of several Premier League clubs, including Everton.

According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, N’Koulou is valued at £12.6m and has started 76% of Torino’s Serie A fixtures so far this season. The Cameroonian has previously represented Monaco, Marseille and Lyon in France. He’s played 103 times and scored four goals for Torino and his average performance rating in the league this season stands at 6.59/10, according to WhoScored.com, which highlights the player’s ability to intercept balls and his high levels of concentration.

Based on the number of bodies alone, we believe it to be a position Everton will be looking to strengthen in.
