On Thursday, the 26-year-old former Barcelona man posted a photo of himself playing for the Toffees accompanied with a blue heart to social media (per Lucas Digne), which gave supporters the opportunity to gush.

While Digne had a poor 6.22/10 rating in the 4-0 defeat to Chelsea last time out, he picked up a stellar 8.38/10 the previous time he featured in the Premier League, during the 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace (per WhoScored).
So, it seems likely that the Frenchman was just having an off-day against Frank Lampard’s outfit as opposed to being in poor form, as some fans suggested.
