Supporters of West Ham United have been left concerned after an image of David Moyes and Mikel Arteta emerged on social media.
On Thursday night, the image of the two managers was posted to social media by @ExWHUemployee from when the Hammers travelled to the Emirates last weekend (per BBC), leaving fans worried.
The reaction from supporters comes after the Arsenal manager was revealed to have contracted the current virus by the club in a statement on Thursday night.
So, after the image emerged on social media of Arteta and Moyes shaking hands last Saturday (per @ExWHUEmployee), fans aired their concerns.

This is bigger than football, the whole West Ham team surely need to isolate now for two weeks, last team to come in contact with Arsenal. Everyone needs to be sensible and make the right decisions here for people’s safety and wellbeing, the season will need to be cancelled.

The whole league has got to be cancelled
Ridiculous it’s taken the arsenal manager to get it before they’ve taken it seriously

Tells you everything you need to know about PL executives that it’s taken a manager to be infected before they cancel games

It’s probably time to cancel, not for our sake but the players, it would be the same for us at work

What do we think?
While it is better not to speculate after Arteta was confirmed to have contracted the virus (per Arsenal), it is clear to see that supporters have definite concerns.
Hopefully, should anyone in or outside the club begin to show symptoms of the virus, they follow the NHS guidelines on how to react.
