According to an article written by The Athletic, Cenk Tosun could miss the end of the season with a knee injury. He could also miss Euro 2020.
The player picked up the injury at training. He has only featured in five matches for the Eagles since signing in January on loan, scoring one goal. However, he has failed to play a whole game for Palace, featuring for a combined four minutes during his last two matches since picking up a contused laceration.

The news of Tosun’s injury was shared on Twitter via @domfifield. This left many Palace fans frustrated. They are worried about the squad’s depth in the striking department and question why the recruitment team didn’t invest in more players during the winter market. Other than Tosun, the only incoming player was 18-year-old Scott Banks.
Here is what the Palace fans had to say in response to the injury.
No backup striker lol

Would you still sign Tosun permanently?
Yes
No
What do we think?
Tosun isn’t the only centre-forward on Palace’s books. Christian Benteke and Jordan Ayew are also available. Benteke has scored just one goal and registered one assist in 19 league matches this season. In the league, Ayew has scored seven and assisted one in 27 matches.
With just eight goals between the two remaining centre-forwards, Tosun’s loss could be a big one for Roy Hodgson’s side.
