This week Rodney Marsh admitted that he believes Crystal Palace are becoming one of the best-run clubs in England right now. The pundit shared this view on his Twitter account, and the timing suggests that Marsh was tweeting this opinion in response to the news surrounding Crystal Palace’s academy redevelopment plans.
According to reports, Palace have been told that they can begin planning for their £20 million academy redevelopment initiative. If all goes according to plan, Crystal Palace will earn Category One academy status.
However, when Marsh shared his viewpoint, many Palace fans aired their doubts. They reckon that if he spent as much time watching the team as they do, he would have a much different opinion.

Aside from Arsenal, Crystal Palace are the only team to win their last three league games in the Premier League. It is an impressive statistic, considering they lost their previous three before that.
Hopefully, for the fans, Marsh is correct in saying that things are only going to improve at Selhurst Park in the next few years.
