Despite there being no football to play right now, Crystal Palace fans are allowing themselves to get sucked into the allure of supporting their club. The most recent topic of discussion for Palace fans is the speculation that the Eagles have made an approach for Eberechi Eze.
Les Ferdinand, Director of Football at Queens Park Rangers, admitted that Palace approached his club about the player in January, despite no fees ever being discussed.
Ferdinand also admitted that the 21-year-old was one of the best players he has ever seen, with the attacking midfielder starting all 37 of QPR’s league games this season. During this run, he has scored 12 goals and registered eight assists.
Should Palace go all out for Eze?
Yes - get him now at all costs!
No - let's not get carrier away.
This news was relayed to Crystal Palace fans on Twitter via @CPFC_NEWS_HQ. Judging by the responses, Palace fans are encouraged by the transfer news. They want their club to splash the cash to bring Eze to Selhurst Park.

What do we think?
Despite him having high hopes for the young Englishman, Ferdinand admitted that he may not be able to keep Eze at the club. There could be hope for these Crystal Palace fans who are clearly eager to see this young player join their side.
