Aston Villa fans have been calling for midfielder Henri Lansbury to leave the club in summer.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @VillaTil1Die shared a post on their page asking their followers which Villa player would they like to see sold by the club in the summer.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who chose Lansbury as a player they would not like to see continue at the club next season.

The 29-year-old, who is currently valued at £1.35 million according to Transfermarkt, first signed to the Birmingham club back in the 2017 January transfer window from Nottingham Forest for a fee of £3.06 million (per Transfermarkt). Since then, the Englishman has gone on to score just two goals and provide eight assists in 49 appearances. Now that the question has been asked on Twitter on which current Villa player would they like to see leave the club in the coming months, it was Lansbury that was unfortunately picked by the majority of Villa fans.

What do we think?
It’s a shame for Lansbury that these fans don’t see a future for him at Villa Park. But given his poor goals and assists record for the club, it’s clear to see why some fans have had enough of the midfield man.
