Aston Villa fans have been gushing over former Villan Ashley Young on Twitter.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @avfcgoals shared a post on their page that contained a video of Young’s goals and assists from the 2007/08 season when he was a Villa player.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were keen to share their praise for their former winger.

The Englishman made 190 appearances for the Birmingham club where he managed to score 37 goals and provide 59 assists (per Transfermarkt). The 2007/08 season saw Young score eight goals and provide 16 assists in 39 appearances in all competitions for the club. Now that the footage from that season has been doing the rounds on Twitter, this has given lots of Villa fans the opportunity to share their appreciation for the winger.

It’s great to see these Villa fans taking the time to look back and praise Young for his efforts for the club during the 2007/08 season. This shows that they still have fond memories of Young and his time as a Villa player.
