After suffering yet another league defeat this season, having lost against Kilmarnock 2-1 on Wednesday, Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is preparing for his upcoming clash against Livingston in the league this weekend.
The manager spoke to the media this morning during the club’s pre-match press conference. Gerrard ensured fans that he was encouraging his team to bounce back and provide fans with a positive result.
He said they will learn from their defeats, but admitted they must be more ruthless in the final third. But, while they have faced adversity, he insists that the side won’t give up on the title race.
And while these words may have fooled some fans, there were plenty of Gers supporters who were taking what the manager said with a grain of salt.
They admit that they have heard it all before, and that his spiel is becoming tiresome.

Learn from last season? Or Aberdeen at home? Or hearts away twice? Change something eh.

Are you losing faith in Steven Gerrard?
Yes
No
What do we think?
It is never easy to face the media when you are in times of trouble. The side are in a slump at the moment, failing to win in three of their last five Scottish Premiership matches. A loss on the weekend could be further detrimental to the side’s title challenge, with the Gers already 10 points behind Celtic as it is.
