Fans of Nottingham Forest have been reacting to a post on Twitter in which the club announced that the QPR match on Saturday is a sell-out.
The fixture is a crucial game for Forest in their promotion push, with the Reds currently sitting in fifth place. However, with only six points separating ninth-placed Cardiff and third-placed Fulham, they cannot afford any slip-ups.
In reflection of the magnitude of the game, a sell-out crowd is expected, with the club posting on Twitter: “The best fans in the league! Saturday’s sell-out crowd will take #NFFC‘s average home attendance to over 27,700 with six huge home games to go. Your fantastic support is never taken for granted!”
In reaction to the post, some Forest fans have been calling for the club to allocate more seating, either by moving the away fans, or by reducing the space between the home and away sections.

I cant get my head around the huge tarp sheets to segregate fans like QPR. Theres no rivalry with them at all so it’s not like there a high risk of trouble.

What do we think?
Considering Nottingham Forest are averaging 27,685 for every home game this season, second to only Leeds, it is hard to argue with the club’s claim that their fans are among the best in the league.
