Some Hoops fans have been talking about Leigh Griffiths after the club recently posted some comments from the Scottish striker.
Griffiths was on the scoresheet against Kilmarnock in the Premiership at the weekend. He helped the side to a 3-1 win, which saw the Hoops pick up a 12-point lead at the top of the table.
Can Griffiths and Edouard form a striker duo?
No question about it
Too early to say!
The Hoops’ Twitter account posted about Griffiths, who said that he’s ‘happy to contribute in any way’ for the club and he hopes that he can be involved ‘for a long time’. Some Hoops fans were very happy to hear these comments and they had positive words to say for Griffiths.

The respect I have for this guy is massive. To come through what he has and to get back to the point that he is almost unstoppable is a measure of the strength of the man. His determination through it al and what has clearly been alot of hard work should be widely applauded.

What do we think?
Griffiths took a break from football due to mental health issues in the second half of the previous season and had to face an injury lay-off early in the current campaign.
Since returning to full fitness, Griffiths has scored four Premiership goals and has two assists to his name, while in all competitions, the striker has picked up eight goals for Neil Lennon’s men.
It shows how he’s risen through many challenges to get back into form. Celtic fans are right to hail him for it.
