Some Birmingham City fans have displayed confidence on social media ahead of an upcoming run of four games in the space of 11 days.

The Blues’ official Twitter account recently posted the club’s upcoming action-packed schedule beginning with Saturday’s Championship fixture versus Sheffield Wednesday.

They will subsequently play two more Championship games in the following week, firstly versus Milwall and then versus Queens Park Rangers the following Saturday. The Blues’ FA Cup fifth-round tie versus Premier League Leicester City caps off their upcoming run of four games.

Birmingham City have got a busy couple of weeks on the horizon. The upcoming busy period is unlikely to be made easier by the recent injury suffered by centre forward Scott Hogan in last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Brentford. Manager Pep Clotet admitted after last weekend’s game that his side “cannot afford any injuries” at the moment due to being “a little bit thin” on numbers as it is.

However, despite the manager stating that the squad is thin, some Birmingham City fans have taken to Twitter to share their confidence. Read some of the confident responses from some Blues fans in the tweets below.

What do we think?

Despite having a “thin” squad, Birmingham have been enjoying an impressive run of form recently. The Blues are currently undefeated in 10 straight games in all competitions. Hogan’s injury will not do the Blues any favours, however, given their recent form, they may be within their rights to harbour some confidence going into their upcoming run of games.
