Supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers have been discussing Jed Wallace and whether or not it was a mistake to sell the midfielder.
On Thursday, Wolves Live shared a post which posed the question asking whether or not Wolves sold the 25-year-old too soon after displaying his stats, with fans feeling they hadn’t done.

Do you think Wolves made a mistake in selling Jed Wallace in 2017?Yes, it was far too soonNo, not good enough |
Wallace, who is valued at £1.8 million (Transfermarkt), spent only a couple of seasons with the Old Gold, during which he featured in 23 outings in all competitions, where he scored once and assisted on three occasions (per Transfermarkt).
The 25-year-old departed Molineux for Millwall on a permanent transfer in January 2017 (per BBC), and this season has scored 10 and assisted eight in 30 outings for the Lions (per Transfermarkt), but Wolves fans still had no regrets.
Good player in Championship but not prem quality

No. Just because someone does better after leaving us doesn’t mean there was any point keeping him. Kenny Jackett collected midfielders like it was a hobby and him and Saville weren’t good enough for where we wanted to be (and now are).

What do we think?
Judging from the responses of these Wolves supporters, they clearly do not regret the sale of Wallace to Millwall in 2017 (per BBC) despite his strong statistics this season (per Transfermarkt).
Despite it being in the Championship, the midfielder has a solid average rating of 7.37/10 (per WhoScored) and perhaps there is a chance that he could still do a decent job as a squad player for Wolves.
