Would you rather see youth team players given the nod ahead of the faltering first team?Yes, would bode well for the futureNo, we need to play our strongest XI |
Holland is currently on loan with the Oxford club from the London Stadium, having joined Karl Robinson’s side during January until the end of the season (as per West Ham).
Since arriving at the Kassam Stadium, the 21-year-old has featured in four league games for Oxford without registering a goal or an assist (per Transfermarkt), however, West Ham fans still buzzed over the youngster.

When did you last see a West Ham player score a better goal?

What do we think?
What a strike that was by the 21-year-old. Considering it was against Premier League opposition in a pressure situation, it is all the more impressive.
However, Holland will likely have to score more than one impressive goal in an FA Cup replay to earn a chance in the Hammers’ first team.
