Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been left to laugh about the latest photo involving their midfielder Eric Dier recently.
With the winter break currently on in the Premier League, many Spurs players have been on their vacations ahead of their next game this weekend.

When Spurs posted photos of the players on their holidays, a page relayed the photos and said that Dier looked like he was ‘taking a casual trip to Mars’. This left many Spurs fans laughing and raving. Here are how some reacted:

So far this season, Dier has made 11 Premier League appearances for Spurs. He’s also made four Champions League appearances, with one of them coming from the bench.
He has made only 0.8 tackles per game in the league this season, while he has come up with only 0.9 interceptions per game for the side. He has been dribbled past 0.6 times per game, too. He has completed only 36.2 passes per game – his lowest Premier League tally since he came to Spurs.
What do we think?
Dier’s tackling and interceptions stats are also at the lowest in his Spurs career. Tottenham fans are right to laugh at his form and poke fun at how he’s probably at the lowest point of his Spurs career, but perhaps they need to stick with their player for the remainder of the season.
