Yesterday, Nike’s Senior Director of Global Communications Heidi Burgett suggested on Twitter that Nike kit designers were ditching templates for each team’s 2020/21 kits.
The statement indicates that badge placement, cuff design, necklines and sleeve design would all be completely customisable to the designer. This news was relayed to Spurs fans on Twitter via COYS.com.
Spurs fans were thrilled to hear this news, claiming that they have been waiting for this kind of thing for a long time. They are sick of the templated look and are hoping for something fresh.
Finally!

Finally! Risk a little bit… The plain shirts are ok but no one will remember them.

Do you have high expectations for next season's kit?
Yes
No
One fan joked that Daniel Levy will insist that the club play wearing vests to cut down on material costs:
Tottenham will be playing in vests next season as Levy looks to reduce fabric costs

What do we think?
It will be exciting to see exactly what kind of designs are released for next season. Hopefully, for Spurs fans, it is something that is individual and reflects the club. Only time will tell.
