Spurs fans have been praising Heung-Min Son on Twitter after it was revealed he played the majority of the match against Aston Villa with a fractured arm.
Talking THFC shared an image of the South Korean appearing to sustain the injury inside the opening minute of Sunday’s win at Villa Park, where the 27-year-old netted a late winner to give Jose Mourinho’s side all three points. During this week, it was revealed that the former Bayer Leverkusen man had fractured his arm, with the Portuguese manager suggesting that he could potentially be out for the rest of the season.
It is therefore impressive that Son was able to stay on for the whole game against Dean Smith’s side and score an important brace, which took his tally to 16 for the season. Since joining the North London club in 2015, the South Korea international has made 220 appearances, scoring on 83 occasions, so he will surely be a big miss for Mourinho’s side whilst he recovers from his injury.

These Spurs fans were quick to praise Son’s bravery for seeing out the whole match, although one fan suggested that perhaps he will be able to play against Chelsea on Saturday.
What do we think?
Son was extremely brave to play on despite his injury and has definitely earned a lot of praise from fans after his performance at the weekend.
