A lot of Newcastle United fans have been left baffled after Steve Bruce revealed that he has banned his players from shaking hands in training to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Toon squad.
Bruce, speaking before his side take on Burnley in the Premier League, said that he had taken the advice from the club doctor.
Is this a wise decision from Bruce?
Yes
No
This has confused many Newcastle fans who don’t understand why their manager has decided to do this.

What do we think?
This does seem like a strange thing to do for a virus that only has 15 confirmed cases in the United Kingdom, but if the club doctor has advised Bruce, then we figure that he is obliged to listen.
It will be interesting to see how the Toon celebrate a goal if they are not allowed to come into contact with each other.
