Liverpool signed Japanese star Takumi Minamino from RB Salzburg last month after he impressed against the Reds in the group stage of this season’s UEFA Champions League.
The Reds travel to Norfolk where they will take on Daniel Farke’s struggling side as they look to close in on their first league title since the 1989/90 season, but it remains to be seen whether Minamino will be selected from the start.
Should Minamino start against Norwich at the weekend?
Yes
No
The 25-year-old has made two appearances in the Premier League for Jurgen Klopp’s side so far. Some fans have taken to Twitter to call for their new winger to be unleashed at Carrow Road on Saturday evening after an image of the man himself in training was posted by Liverpool:
Unleashhh him ?

What do we think?
Sadio Mane is set to return to the squad for this weekend’s fixture, and therefore Minamino could miss out. Having moved from the Austrian Bundesliga to the Premier League mid-season, the winger may need to work his way into the starting lineup. The supporters will need to be patient with their new star but based solely on the meeting between RB Salzburg and Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League, it’s clear Klopp has a talented individual on his hands.
