Supporters of Everton have been drooling over quotes from Richarlison which were posted to the club’s official Twitter account.
On Thursday afternoon, the Toffees posted quotes from an interview with the Brazilian forward in which he stated his belief that the Toffees “could do something special” under Carlo Ancelotti (per Everton), which fans loved.

For me he is already up there with the likes of Cahill, plays with his heart on his sleeve and gives everything for us, I hope the club do everything they can to keep him here for as long as possible.

Who would you rather have playing for the Toffees currently?
Romelu Lukaku
Richarlison
For the Goodison Park club, Richarlison has featured in 68 games, during which he has bagged an impressive 26 goals and six assists (per Transfermarkt), leaving fans keen to gush. The 22-year-old Brazilian has only been with the Toffees since the summer of 2018, having moved from Watford in a £50-million deal (per BBC), however, supporters have already become infatuated in under two seasons.

What a player hes turning out to be ?

A friendly reminder that in the end we replaced Rom sufficiently and for a net gain of £24m if Richarlision’s fee rises to £50m. Finally a player who turns up for the big games, something Rom did for us only a handful of times. What a player this kid is.

What do we think?
As with any post that is related to the 22-year-old forward, it is clear to see that there is a special connection between the supporters of the club and the player.
With four seasons remaining on the Brazilian’s contract following the conclusion of this term (per Transfermarkt), hopefully, the forward will remain at Goodison Park for a long time to come.
