Of the two, who would you rather was a starting centre-back for Everton next season?Gabriel Dos SantosMichael Keane |
In one of his latest interviews, the defender told Telefoot that he would “love” to play in the Premier League, although there are currently no certainties on where his future will be (via HITC).
While many supporters aired their delight over the link, despite the player recently admitting his future is unknown, some fans felt that the deal may even already be done.

What do we think?
During this season, the 22-year-old centre-back has an average rating of 6.79/10 (as per WhoScored), making him a worse performer than Yerry Mina (6.85/10) and Mason Holgate (6.8/10), but stronger than Michael Keane (6.73/10) based on their average Premier League match ratings (per WhoScored).
Due to his young age, plus three years and four months remaining on his current contract, it is likely that the Brazilian would be more expensive than his £13.5 million market value (per Transfermarkt).
