Supporters of Everton have been drooling over quotes made by Carlo Ancelotti which were relayed on the club’s official Twitter account.
On Wednesday, the Toffees shared a post in which the 60-year-old Italian was quoted as saying: “Everton is a beautiful club” before passing comment on the family feeling at Goodison Park and listing his aims (per Everton), which supporters loved.

Since Ancelotti’s arrival at Goodison Park, the Toffees have won five, drawn two and lost two in all competitions, with the losses coming against Liverpool and Manchester City (per BBC).
While also seeing an upturn in results, the club has seen a meritocratic rise from 15th in the Premier League table (per BBC) to sitting seventh, trailing a Champions League spot by five points (per BBC), leaving many keen to gush.

What Ancelotti has done with Everton so far has been nothing short of sensational, taking the club from 15th in the table to sitting not far behind Chelsea in the final Champions League spot (per BBC).
This is made even more impressive without having been able to build the squad in his image yet. Who knows where the Toffees could end up following a few strong transfer windows.
