Supporters of Everton have been discussing Anthony Gordon after a club post which shared interview footage of the young attacker.
On Monday, it was the starlet’s birthday and to celebrate, the Toffees posted interview footage with the 19-year-old and gifted him the Premier League ball used during his league debut (as per Everton), which had some fans listing players he is better than.

How about his present being a proper chance in the no.10 role rather than letting that crab Sigurðsson steal a living off us then?

Should Anthony Gordon be consistently starting ahead of Gylfi Sigurdsson?Yes, so he can start reaching his potentialNo, he's not ready for that many minutes |
While the young attacker made his debut for the Toffees back in 2017 in a Europa League clash (as per Liverpool Echo), his Premier League debut came earlier this season, in the 1-1 draw with West Ham United in mid-January (per Transfermarkt).
However, with the attacking midfielder having featured in only 50 minutes of first-team action so far this term (per Transfermarkt), some supporters were itching for him to be awarded more time on the pitch.

What do we think?
As can be concluded from the responses of supporters, it is clear that they believe that Gordon has a big future ahead of him and they are expectant of more minutes on the pitch for the 19-year-old sometime soon.
Having bagged seven goals and three assists over 12 appearances for the Under-23s earlier this season (per Transfermarkt), it is clear to see why.
