Fans of Everton have taken to social media to buzz over Bernard following a club post from the Toffees with quotes from the Brazilian.
On Tuesday, the club posted to their official social media account with quotes from the attacker in which he lauded Carlo Ancelotti as “one of the world’s best” (as per Everton), which had fans buzzing over the Brazilian.

Since Ancelotti’s arrival, The Toffees have won four, drawn two and lost two, and it is that upturn in form prior to the Italian’s appointment that has left Bernard paying homage.
So far this term, the 27-year-old has an average rating of 6.69/10 (as per WhoScored), which has left many fans wanting to see more of the winger and many keen to praise him.
I believe Bernard could be really effective playing behind the attacking duo in the foremost point of a midfield. He is highly skilful and with Carlo’s guidance he could become a star.

What do we think?
While the Brazilian’s average rating for the season so far has not been the most inspiring (per WhoScored), it is clear that the Goodison Park faithful have quite an affinity with the 27-year-old.
Hopefully, under Ancelotti, Bernard can kick on over the remainder of the season and improve upon his tallies of two goals and two assists in 18 appearances (per Transfermarkt).
