Supporters of Everton have gushed over footage of Duncan Ferguson discussing his thoughts on the winter break.
As published by @footballdaily, and then shared by @EvertonNewsFeed on Twitter, the Scotsman aired that he did not like the winter break because “the fans can’t go on holiday and they’re missing out”, which Everton supporters loved.

Who do you prefer as a person? Irrespective of their coaching abilities.Duncan Ferguson, he gets usCarlo Ancelotti, he's the don |
The former Everton player spent four games in charge of the Toffees as caretaker manager between Marco Silva’s sacking and the appointment of Carlo Ancelotti (as per talkSPORT).
Of those four games against tough opposition, two were draws, one was a victory and one was a defeat on penalties to Leicester City after drawing in normal time (as per talkSPORT), however, his latest admission had others spilling their feelings on the winter break.
They’ve only done it for the other lot so that they can have a better chance of winning the league.
Why didn’t they do it for Man City or even Leicester when they won it?!?

Scottish football have just had their winter break and it seems like they have had a game every 2 days to catch up on games since they come back surely this is just as bad for players

What do we think?
As one supporter mentioned, Ferguson just seems to get the fans and they get him back; the Scotsman just seems the perfect fit for the Goodison Park club.
As for the winter break, it seems a little bit like Marmite, as some people love it and some people hate it – and it will likely continue to split opinion.
