The 25-year-old is currently valued at £25.2 million according to Transfermarkt. Sanson has been Marseille’s seventh-best player so far this season with a current season rating of 6.91 according to WhoScored. Now that Sanson has been linked with a summer move to Villa, this has caught the attention of many Villa fans who are very excited by this latest rumour.
Very good player, him alongside McGinn would’ve been big!!

What do we think?
It’s good to see these Villa fans getting so excited being linked with Sanson, this goes to show what a great player the Frenchman is. However, the rumour also claimed that the move could potentially happen only if Villa were to avoid relegation this season. With Dean Smith’s side currently in 17th place in the Premier League table, the next few months will be vital for their survival or relegation.
