The Birmingham club managed to secure their spot in the final after beating Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City side 2-1 after a last-gasp Trezeguet goal won the tie at Villa Park in the second leg of their semi-final in January. What do we think?
It’s good that Villa will be wearing their home kit for the cup final in March, but considering that their away kit is light blue, the same as City’s home kit, it would be the sensible option for Dean Smith’s side to play in the home kit. But it is still nice to see how excited the Villa fans are at being able to see their team play in their classic claret and blue strip.
