Rangers Football Club has been training in Dubai for the last few days as the club face a bit of downtime before their return to Scottish football. The club is in the middle of a 19-day break, with them set to play Stranraer in cup competition on January 17.
But Rangers will be playing Lokomotiv Tashkent on January 11 to keep match fit during their stay in Dubai. Despite the long distance, the club has given the fans a chance to watch the game online.
The price, however, is £9.99. When the club announced the price of the match, fans were outraged. They could not believe that RangersTV subscribers were having to pay extra to watch a friendly match. One fan is not deterred though.
£10 ye having a laugh. Should be free for people subbed to rangers tv.

Worst price point I’ve seen for this kind of match. Pretty sure you were showing Helsinki game last year free what’s the difference?

If you’re seriously going to ask me to pay a tenner to watch us play some pointless friendly against a team that no one has ever heard of at 11 in the morning
Then the answer if obviously yes

Will you be paying to watch the Lokomotiv Tashkent game?
Yes
No
Other fans hoped that all the fees would be used to bring players into the club. Perhaps the profits will be used to fund transfers.
Better sign Podolski with this money

What do we think?
The supporters are obviously a bit peeved that they will have to fork up a whole tenner to watch their team play. The sooner they get back to Glasgow, the better.
