Liverpool fans have been sharing their concern on Twitter over the latest injury update to Naby Keita.
This comes after Liverpool journalist James Pearce shared a post on his official page sharing quotes made by Jurgen Klopp on Keita.
The quotes revealed that Keita “felt something” in his groin on the “last shot warming up” ahead of their 2-0 win over Sheffield United on Thursday.

The midfielder was replaced at the last minute by Neco Williams on the Liverpool bench ahead of the midweek Premier League win. Klopp’s comments also claimed that Keita will play no part in Liverpool’s weekend FA Cup clash with Everton. This injury news got a lot of Liverpool fans talking on Twitter.

Keita’s fresh injury worries have come at an unfortunate time for the midfielder as he was getting into a good run of games for the club (per TransferMarkt). With Fabinho still sidelined through injury, Liverpool are now down another midfielder at the start of the new year.
