Some Celtic fans have made it clear that they are unhappy with how Neil Lennon has been treating winter signing Patryk Klimala.

The Hoops recently picked up a 3-0 win over St. Johnstone in the Premiership. Olivier Ntcham scored a goal for the Hoops, while Leigh Griffiths and James Forrest also got a goal for himself in the game.

Is Lennon a bad man-manager?

Yes, he's clueless sometimes

The game also saw winter signing Klimala come on in the second half, as he played just eight minutes of the clash. This left many Hoops fans unhappy.

When the Hoops official Twitter handle posted about Klimala coming on, Celtic fans expressed their anger.

Celtic signed Klimala this winter from Polish club Jagiellonia Bialystok for a fee of £3.4 million, as the striker signed a four-and-a-half-year deal with the club.

The game against St. Johnstone was Klimala’s second appearance for the Hoops. His debut had come in the club’s 2-1 win over Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup, as Klimala played 11 minutes of the fourth round clash.

Before arriving at Parkhead, Klimala had been a regular for Jagiellonia Bialystok. He made 17 appearances in the Polish league for the club, scoring seven times and racking up a total of three assists for them.

His numbers weren’t as impressive last season when he scored only four goals for them in all competitions, playing as many as 29 games.

What do we think?

Klimala needs time. He has only just arrived and settling into new conditions will always take time. Perhaps, Lennon knows more about it and that’s why he is not using him as much as the fans want.
