According to Sportske Novosti, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side had reportedly tabled a bid of €25 million (£21.3m) for the attacking midfielder (via Talking Wolves), which the Athletic journalist was on hand to quash, leaving fans disappointed.

Should Wolves make the rumour over the bid for Dani Olmo a reality?Yes, he would be greatNo, he's not good enough |
During this season, the 21-year-old Spaniard has featured in 22 games in all competitions for Dinamo Zagreb, in which he has scored eight goals and has seven assists (as per Transfermarkt).
With a value of £31.5 million, it is clear to see why fans were in such delight over the reported bid, however, were left reeling following Spiers’ dousing of the rumour in cold water.

What do we think?
With 15 goal contributions, so far this season, in just 22 games (as per Transfermarkt), it is clear to see why Wolves fans were so keen for there to be some truth in this rumour.
His 7.67/10 average rating for the season so far (per WhoScored) goes even further to prove Olmo’s talents and perhaps the Old Gold should consider making this rumour a reality.
