Supporters of West Ham United have slated Sebastien Haller following the 2-0 defeat against Liverpool last night.
Having picked up an uninspiring 6/10 performance rating during the defeat (as per football.london), fans were left keen to air their frustrations over the Hammers’ Frenchman.
Haller never takes responsibility of the ball, never seems to have any vision. Hes timid and wants to get rid of the ball as soon as he gets it, like its a game of pass the parcel!

I actually thought we played well, and was unlucky not to get a few goals. Best performance on a long time. Right back looked very good. Only negative was haller.

Haller = twice as lazy as Arnie and half as good. Tell me I’m wrong.— Benjamin Booker (@benjyrocks89) January 29, 2020
Haller the biggest waste of money. What a flop.

Haller is always misplaced. Don’t think he is a good striker, hasn’t shows anything. Perhaps a entirely waste of money.

Has Sebastien Haller fallen below expectations since his arrival?Yes, not the player we thoughtNo, he's been good enough |
So far this season, the 25-year-old striker has scored six goals and assisted two over the course of 24 games in all competitions (as per Transfermarkt).
Despite having a strong average rating for the term as a whole of 7.15/10 (as per WhoScored), supporters were quick to heap criticism on the former Eintracht Frankfurt man after the defeat to Jurgen Klopp’s Reds.
I’d drop Haller to be honest, showing very little now his body language is so poor he’s sick and tired of it here, 100% he’s off in the summer

I can’t stand Haller. Just doesn’t do enough to show he has the fight for a relegation scrap
Def need a forward

Haller = Donkey

What do we think?
In what has been a difficult season for the Hammers so far, sitting 17th in the table and only out of the bottom three on goal difference (as per BBC), Haller has done well to have a decent average rating.
However, due to their current standing in the Premier League, David Moyes needs players who will take the game by the scruff of the neck and eight goal involvements in 24 games does not suggest that Haller will (per Transfermarkt).
