Reluctantly accepted there is no strategy is more appropriate….all we read is the January window is tough but we are working hard…….Really. Then the following becomes the Norm..Bid Rejected! , Loan with option to buy!, West Ham set to miss out! Embarrassing state of affairs

Accepted it four days before it slams shut and is targeting loans and cheap deals. He really is an incompetent fool ?

Have the West Ham United board left it too late to start thinking about bringing players in?Yes, it's far too late for us nowNo, we could still get some in |
The Hammers currently sit just above the relegation zone of the Premier League, with goal difference the only thing preventing Bournemouth and the London club swapping places (as per BBC).
So far this window, West Ham have signed just Darren Randolph from Middlesbrough and with just days of the window left, many felt that it was too little too late.
Even if he signs us two players the fans still going hate them and want them gone, he should of got players in 4 days into the window not 4 days till it closes just to keep fans quite

Reluctantly?? Even if we were flying high in the top 6 we should still be looking to sign players, that’s what good, well run clubs do, constantly improving. Another example of the fact he hasn’t got a clue about running a football club, no wonder we’re a laughing stock

We need at least 4 though. Absolute disgrace. It really feels like they are asset stripping the club and getting relegated on purpose. Lowest of the low.

He is just realizing this NOW?!?!? I assume that is why he offered a MASSIVE £500,000 to loan an MLS player! What a joke!

What do we think?
While there is an understandably large amount of frustration surrounding the lack of movement in January, the club did sink just north of £70 million on new players in the summer (as per Transfermarkt).
However, with the current position that the club is in, new signings were a must in January and that will be the route cause of supporters’ frustration – that signings were not an immediate priority.
