Spurs fans have reacted to news that the club are interested in signing Dinamo Zagreb playmaker Dani Olmo this month.
According to Croatian news outlet Sportske (via Ricky Sacks), Spurs have joined the race to sign the 21-year-old after his impressive performances with Dinamo so far this season. The youngster has shown his quality both domestically and in the Champions League; averaging a 7.67 rating.
Olmo also caught the eye of clubs across Europe with his performances in the U’21 championship during the summer and was named in the team of the tournament as Spain clinched the trophy. The attacking midfielder is currently valued at £31.5 million by Transfermarkt and Spurs could face a lot of competition for the highly-rated youngster, with the report suggesting that Wolves have already made a bid.

Some Spurs fans would clearly love to see the club sign Olmo, although some raised the concern that Levy doesn’t seem to be bidding for any of these players that the club has been linked with.
What do we think?
One fan argued that Olmo could be considered a perfect Eriksen replacement, with the Spurs man looking likely to join Inter this month. The 21-year-old can score and assist goals; evidenced by his efforts so far this season (8 goals and 8 assists) and could provide a much-needed creative influence in Mourinho’s side, especially when Eriksen departs.
