Spurs fans were treated to a video of some of former striker Peter Crouch’s most important goals for the club on Twitter this week.
To celebrate his birthday, Spurs tweeted out a video of the Englishman’s best moments in a Spurs shirt, something which gathered a lot of replies from fans. The now 39-year-old hit 24 goals in 93 appearances for the North London club between 2009-11 before making the move to Stoke City.
Spurs are currently in the market for a striker, with usual first-choice Harry Kane set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after injuring his hamstring earlier this month and some fans think that Crouch could still do a job for them up front.
Who would you rather have up front for the rest of the season?
Peter Crouch
Lucas Moura

These Spurs fans clearly enjoyed the video of Crouch, with many suggesting that the club should coax him out of retirement for the rest of the season.
What do we think?
Crouch had an excellent career in the Premier League; scoring 106 goals in spells with various sides but the chances of him coming out of retirement to replace Kane seem slim.
