This sort of move made watching us in the Rafa days exciting. Everyone trusted each other, everyone was organised, well drilled and we could actually ping the ball about with confidence.
It’s all gone under Bruce, all of it… gone.
And people still say the football is better…?— Paul Busby (@xB1scu1Tx) January 7, 2020
Remember when Bruce said he was going to take the shackles off ??

Other Newcastle supporters miss Rondon.
It’s videos like this that make me really miss Lascelles at the back, and Ayoze-Rondon up top ?

What do we think?
This was a brilliant goal, and it sealed a crucial 1-0 win. The move started with Martin Dubravka and Jamaal Lascelles before the ball was moved onto Fabian Schar.
He played a pass into Ayoze Perez, who found Javier Manquillo on the overlap, and he played a perfect cross to Rondon, and the Venezuelan international did the rest.
This was a stunning goal, and it is no surprise that many fans are still talking about it.
Newcastle, though, have not done too badly since Benitez left, and Bruce took charge. However, they are yet to score a goal like this one.
