These Liverpool fans were thrilled to see a Fabinho injury boost ahead of the Manchester United clash.
It was reported (as per the Mirror) on the 13th (January 2020), that Fabinho would join in with full session with the first-team squad over the next few days, and that will give him the all-clear to return to action.
However, it’s stated that Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to throw him in at the deep end with a start against United – his first start looks certain to be in the FA Cup the following weekend.
This comes after Fabinho provided an update on himself on Sunday, with things now stepping up a level. The Echo also suggested (12th December 2020) that he could feature against Man Utd, but the latest report seems to have put that in doubt.
Fabinho has played 1006 minutes across 12 appearances in the Premier League this season, both scoring and assisting once in these outings. The Brazilian also has an average WhoScored rating of an impressive 7.06/10 in the league.

Fabinho hasn’t featured for Liverpool since playing 19 minutes against Napoli in the UEFA Champions League on 27th November.

When Fabinho has played in the Premier League this season, the Brazilian has played well, averaging a Whoscored rating of 7.06/10 in the league isn’t easy and reinforces why this latest injury news is a big boost for Liverpool.
