These Liverpool fans were left upset that Allan Rodrigues de Souza has joined Clube Atletico Mineiro.
Liverpool have announced that Allan Rodrigues de Souza has joined Clube Atletico Mineiro, which was also relayed to these fans via their official Twitter account.
Allan joined Liverpool’s U23s in August 2015, but after many loan spells to clubs such as Hertha Berlin, Eintracht Frankfurt and most recently Fluminense, the 22-year-old has finally been moved on by the Reds.
Here is what the Liverpool fans had to say about the latest club announcement on Twitter:
Allan Rodrigues de Souza has joined @atletico on a permanent transfer.
Everybody at #LFC wishes Allan all the best for his future career. https://t.co/ZAgorXRKxR

We really let this guy go cos he couldn’t get a damn work permit?

Allan played 34 matches for Fluminense across both the Brazilian Serie A and Copa Sudamericana, managing to get one assist and zero goals out of all those outings.
However, the 22-year-old was playing in the central-midfielder and defensive-midfielder roles for large parts of his time in Brazil.
These fans are clearly upset with the latest announcement, but that could just be because they will never know what could have been for Allan at Anfield.
Sad times

A real shame to see a talented youngsters career restricted due to work permits. Would have loved to see him play for us but why wasn’t this work permit issue resolved sooner? Great bit of business though… #Liverpoolfc

Are you sad Allan has left Liverpool?
Yes!
No!
What Do We Think?
At just 22-years-old, there still might be so much more to come from Allan Rodrigues de Souza, however, this will be for Clube Atletico Mineiro to find out now.
That could be why these Liverpool fans were upset he is gone. However, we wish Allan all the best with his new club in Brazil and expect big things from him in the future.
