Supporters of Liverpool have aired that they want the club to sign Ryan Fraser on a free if his contract with Bournemouth expires.
Following the question posed to fans over which free contract they would want to sign in the summer (via Empire of the Kop) (which came from Transfermarkt), fans aired their desires for the Scotsman.

We have Williams as TAA’s cover/back up. If l had to choose then l would say Ryan Fraser as a back up/squad player. Versatile can play either side & he works hard in the ball recovery side of the game too. He was absolutely class last season, 2nd in assists to Hazard.

I’d take Ryan Fraser in a heartbeat, even now for £25m or so before his contract runs out, he’s quality and would shine under Klopp.
I’d take Martens as well, great back up player that can change a game. Would be a real weapon off the bench in a tight game.

Meunier is still a good player; he’d want to play week in week out. Ryan Fraser would be a good squad player though as I’m not a big fan of Origi on the left.

During this season, the 25-year-old winger has not enjoyed the best of returns, having featured in 24 games, in which he has scored one goal and assisted three (as per Transfermarkt).
However, last season, Fraser featured in all 38 Premier League ties, during which he scored seven and assisted 14 for Eddie Howe’s side (per Transfermarkt), which left Liverpool fans wanting.

With an average rating of 6.62/10 for the season so far (per WhoScored), it is clear that Fraser has not been at his best during this season.
However, his stats from last season prove that he is a player capable of quality and could be a strong backup option as many supporters have suggested.
