Liverpool fans have flocked over to Twitter to respond to the latest news surrounding their FA Cup replay match against Shrewsbury Town.
This comes after Liverpool journalist James Pearce shared a post on his official page revealing that the Reds have cut the prices of their tickets for the replay match against the League One side.
Are the club right to lower ticket prices for the FA Cup replay?
Yes
No
Pearce then called this update a “smart move” by the Merseyside club.
This post then led to a number of Liverpool fans responding to the news on Twitter.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans reacting to Pearce’s post, with one fan even stating that FSG has pulled it out the bag again, which may have come from the fact that they’ve slashed ticket prices before in cup competitions, hence the delight.
FSG strikes again. What a man

Morally right thing to do. Hope LFC have arranged to cover the shortfall with Shrewsbury in some way.

What do we think?
It’s good that the ticket prices have been dropped for the match at Anfield. Whether this move has anything to do with the fact that Klopp said that neither he or any first-team players would be involved in the match or not is yet to be seen.
