Liverpool fans have been sharing their delight on Twitter for defender Joe Gomez after his performance against Wolves.
This comes after Liverpool journalist James Pearce shared a post on his official page saluting the Englishman, labelling his display “immense” in the 2-1 win at Molineux.

The Englishman’s performance against Wolves earned him a match rating of 6.9 according to WhoScored, who also have given him a season rating of 6.87. This latest bit of praise from Pearce gave many Liverpool fans the opportunity to share their own opinions on Gomez, who is valued at £31.5 million (Transfermarkt).

It’s great to see so many Liverpool fans getting behind Gomez and recognising his effort and quality. At just 22-years-old, many Liverpool fans will be hoping that Gomez has a long and successful career at the Merseyside club.
