Liverpool fans have been pleading on Twitter for Takumi Minamino to play in their weekend match against Manchester United.
This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page which involved a video of the attacker training.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were all wishing to see the Japanese player make an appearance against United on Sunday.

The now 25-year-old signed for the Merseyside club earlier this month from Red Bull Salzburg for a fee of £9 million.
Despite making his official Liverpool debut in the Reds’ 1-0 win over Everton in the FA Cup earlier in the month, Minamino is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Now that Liverpool are preparing for their weekend showdown with United, some Liverpool fans think now is the best time for Minamino to get his first league start, despite not scoring or assisting in the match against Everton.

It will be encouraging for Minamino to see so many Liverpool fans hoping to see him play in their match against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s United side.
Whether Minamino will start or make an appearance from the substitutes bench is for Jurgen Klopp to decide. But the positivity from the Liverpool fans for Minamino will surely be a big boost for the recent signing to work hard for his playing time.
